I do offer a large variety of gluten free and vegan options. Some of my products contain wheat, dairy and eggs. See the "gluten free/vegan" pages in the SHOP.
It's very important to keep your cake completely flat. Never transport your cake on a car seat. Place the cake either on the floor of the passenger seat (make sure the heat is not blowing towards the cake), or in the trunk (make sure it can't slide around).
Yes, cakes love being chilled! This helps to keep the buttercream nice and firm, which provides stability to the cake. This is especially important with vegan cakes, because vegan frosting is fairly soft. Refrigerate the cake, and then remove it from the fridge an hour or two before serving. Store any leftovers in the fridge. If you have leftovers and would like to store it for a while, wrap individual slices in plastic wrap and keep in the freezer for up to a couple of months.
Please give a minimum of one week notice for all orders. However, the more notice - the better! If you need your order in less time than this, please send me an email before placing your order online to check if there is any last minute availability.
Visit the CONTACT page, or email me at magicovenbake@gmail.com, send me details on the item you'd like, and I will let you know if I can accommodate!
